Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law (including LSSI where applicable).
The courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract.
Nature of the service
DealScout provides AI-generated document analysis for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. For complex transactions, you must engage qualified M&A lawyers and financial advisors.
Confidentiality
Documents you submit are processed securely and are not stored after your analysis has been generated and delivered, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer information — waiver of withdrawal for immediate delivery (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
Where you are a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer protection law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
By requesting immediate delivery of the analysis (including by submitting your document for processing after payment), you expressly acknowledge and agree that the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once delivery of the digital output has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
